I wouldn’t ask if it weren’t powerfully important, Danielle

I'm going to ask if you can pitch in with a donation before tonight's August fundraising deadline.
Warren Democrats

Danielle,

I'll just be blunt: I'm going to ask if you can pitch in with a donation before tonight's August fundraising deadline.

Here's just a little background: Each month, we set a target for how much we need to raise in order to power our movement for big, structural change. Hitting this target will keep us on pace to fund our re-election, do our part to help expand our Democratic majorities in the midterms, and help elect champions of working people in downballot races across the country.

August has been a slower fundraising month, and we haven't quite gotten to our target yet — so I'm asking if you can make a contribution today.

If it makes sense for you right now, please chip in $15 before tonight's midnight deadline to support our re-election campaign and elect more Warren Democrats.

If you've saved payment info with ActBlue Express, your donation will process automatically:

Every donation makes us stronger as a grassroots movement. More ready to take on the big fights. More equipped to elect Democrats up and down the ballot and make big, structural change.

The actions we take in the next few months will set the course of our country for decades to come. Now is the time to raise our voices. Now is the time to fight.

Warren Democrats is working to elect more progressive leaders across the country who will fight to level the playing field for working people.

We're building this team the right way — person to person, shoulder to shoulder. But it's only possible if a lot of people pitch in a little at a time to build something big.

Will you make a $15 donation to help hit this goal before the August fundraising deadline at midnight tonight?

Thanks for being a part of this,

Elizabeth

Zero margin for error

We need to keep power out of the hands of Mitch McConnell and Kevin McCarthy.
Warren Democrats
Grassroots donors like you are powering the fight for big, structural change.

If you can, will you chip in $15 or whatever makes sense right now to help re-elect Elizabeth and put more Warren Democrats in office across the country?

Danielle,

Democrats have been hard at work to deliver for the American people. Meanwhile, Republicans have been pretty busy too, on Capitol Hill and across the country…
  • Voting unanimously against the largest-ever U.S. action to fight climate change, against capping the price of insulin, and against making freeloading corporations and wealthy tax cheats pay their fair share in taxes
  • Denying the fact that January 6 was a violent insurrection, and getting in the way of investigations to get the facts on what happened
  • Swearing loyalty oaths to Donald Trump
  • Purging anyone who dares to tell the truth about who won the election in 2020
  • Passing law after law after law in GOP-controlled states to block eligible Americans from voting, to shred abortion rights, and to bully trans kids

It's pretty ugly. But here's what's worse: the GOP is only one Senate seat and five House seats away from taking back control of Congress. They're this close to taking back their power and grinding our progress to a screeching halt.

With zero margin for error, Warren Democrats will be working overtime to protect and expand our Democratic majorities in 2022. But right now, we're tracking a bit behind where we need to be to reach our August fundraising goal. Your support today would go a long way to build a foundation for this team's success in November.

Together, we will elect more Democrats like Elizabeth who fight for bold ideas that put power in the hands of working people. And we will defeat Republicans who would hand our government back over to billionaires, giant corporations, and hateful right-wing extremists.

There's only one way we can guarantee we can continue to make big, structural change: Expanding our razor-thin majorities in Congress and keeping power out of the hands of Mitch McConnell and Kevin McCarthy. Please chip in right now if you can to power our fight. $15 or whatever makes sense for you would make a real difference.

“Great idea, but it'll never happen.”

Plenty of critics will be quick to tell you what we CAN'T do for working families.
Warren Democrats

Danielle, w hen I ran for president in 2020, we had a lot of plans.

Universal child care? We had a plan for that.

A minimum tax on giant corporations that were paying $0 in federal income taxes? There was a plan for that too.

Student debt cancellation? Oh, we definitely had a plan for that.

Each plan tackled a different piece of how the rules have been rigged against working people — but no matter which proposal we were talking about, some people had the same feedback over, and over, and over:

"Great idea, but it'll never happen."

Danielle, I was pretty used to it at that point. This is the same thing I was told when I went to Washington to talk about my idea for a government agency to protect consumers from financial scams (spoiler alert: We made the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau a reality).

I wasn't fazed, because here's the thing — these plans CAN happen, when we fight for them. This month, we passed a 15% minimum tax on giant corporations as part of the Inflation Reduction Act. And just last week, President Biden canceled student debt for tens of millions of Americans.

We keep proving the naysayers wrong. We keep showing what it looks like to make our government work for everyone, not just the wealthy and well-connected. It doesn't all happen overnight, but it gets done because we fought by side as a grassroots movement.

Danielle, we can continue making big, structural change like this. We can make a wealth tax, universal child care, and so much more possible. We just need to build our momentum, organize, and keep fighting side by side. So before our August fundraising deadline, can you pitch in $15 or anything you can to hit our goal and power our movement forward?

Danielle, o nce you start talking about helping working people instead of ultra-wealthy corporations, plenty of critics will be quick to tell you what you can't do and what's not possible.

But these ideas are popular. In a democracy, that matters. And the more change we make, the more momentum we build — by showing we can use the power of government to transform people's lives.

We need to keep laying out bold plans, and here's the absolutely critical part: We need to be willing to fight for them.

I'm going to keep fighting with everything I've got — but nobody gets this done on their own. That's exactly why I launched Warren Democrats. To support and elect bold candidates across the country and up and down the ballot who share our vision for big, structural change.

And that's why I'm asking if you can pitch in to keep growing our movement and support our re-election campaign. If it makes sense for you right now, please make a donation before our end-of-month deadline.

Thanks for being a part of this,

Elizabeth
