Danielle, Today, Elizabeth will be at the White House when Joe Biden signs the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act into law. But that's not the only fight she's been leading for working families — and it's only possible because she's fighting alongside this grassroots team: Mother Jones: For a Decade, Elizabeth Warren Waged War Against a Student Debt Goliath. She Finally Won. After mounting pressure from Elizabeth and other consumer advocates, Navient and another huge student debt servicer announced they're getting out of the student loan business. This is huge. Navient has spent years misleading, cheating, and abusing student borrowers. The federal student loan program will be far better off without them. Now, Elizabeth is keeping up the fight to cancel student debt. The American Prospect: Warren Delivers Again While the infrastructure package is an important first step, the next big bill we need to focus on is the Build Back Better Act. Thanks to one of Elizabeth's signature plans, the corporate minimum tax, we're now able to fund key provisions in the plan. We'll also take big steps toward corporations finally paying their fair share (or paying any taxes at all!). But first, we have to keep working to get this bill over the finish line. The Boston Globe: Michelle Wu wins historic Boston mayoral race… A former student and Team Warren member, Michelle Wu won a historic race for mayor of Boston. Elizabeth was honored to support Michelle. We can't wait to see how Michelle's landslide victory inspires more candidates across the country to run (and win) on bold, inclusive visions. And we're ready to fight by their side, too, as a grassroots movement. Elizabeth is fighting for a better future for working families, and she can't do it alone. Can you chip in $15 or whatever makes sense to help keep up the fight?
