From organizing for tenants' rights in Newark, to running for president on a mission of uniting our country around our highest ideals, to working to fix our broken criminal justice system, Cory Booker
Danielle,
My friend Cory Booker has always been a powerful voice for justice and equality.
From organizing for tenants' rights in Newark, to running for president on a mission of uniting our country around our highest ideals, to working to fix our broken criminal justice system, he's been a leader in the fight to build a better future.
Now, he's up for re-election to the United States Senate — and now more than ever, we need to keep his voice in Washington.
Today's his primary. I'm honored to support him, and I'd be very glad if we could give him a big boost of grassroots support today to show that we're fighting by his side.
I'm honored to work with Cory Booker in the Senate, and I was grateful to hear his voice in the Democratic primary for president — he made the primary stronger and more substantive.
And since ending his presidential campaign, he hasn't slowed down — not one bit.
He's helped lead the charge to end police brutality, root out systemic racism, and protect Black lives. He's fought to put people first as we respond to this pandemic, including holding meatpacking companies accountable for endangering workers and jacking up prices.
As he always said during the primary, beating Donald Trump in 2020 is the floor, not the ceiling, of what we need to accomplish.
We need to elect Democrats up and down the ballot, hold onto our House majority, take back the Senate, and build a grassroots movement to make bold reforms in 2021 and beyond.
