In Texas, I saw what can happen when a person has a fighting chance to build something real. I saw how we can lift each other up. And I saw what we're up against: a system where the rules are tilted to benefit the wealthy and well-connected. Texas — just like every state in our country — deserves progressive leadership that will fight for families, not on the side of big money and obstructionist Republicans. The people of Texas deserve to have Jessica Cisneros and Greg Casar fighting for them in Congress.
