HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Ye Olde Halloween Elf

Dianna gave me this witch hat, but it's a little snug on Rosabelle's ever expanding head so I think she looks more like a Halloween elf or perhaps a Halloween pilgrim. I took probably 40 frames trying to get a good shot and she is sticking out her tongue in 39.5 of them. Yesterday it was our neighbor Roman's birthday so we went over and carved pumpkins. Mine is the ghost and Danny decided to go old school and carved a traditional Jack the Lantern.

Baby tricks

I'm sure everyone says this about their kids, but I swear Rosabelle is the funniest baby. And the older she gets the more fun she is. Mom sent her a little pumpkin purse for Halloween and she loves it! She puts it on her arm and in her mouth and pulls out the ghost that it came with. She is becoming so alert and she loves to chatter, her little voice is the cutest. She is just the happiest, smiliest baby. Yesterday she figured out that she can stick out her tongue and Danny and I think it is the most hilarious thing ever. But seriously, look at this picture and try not to crack up, if you don't you're probably dead inside.

Bjorn Free

Rosabelle LOVES being in the bjorn, especially with daddy. During her late afternoon fussy time Danny will usually strap her in and walk her around the yard and look at the flowers, but last night we hit the streets and Rosabelle was having a blast. She would put her legs up and just laugh...I even think she was saying weeee! She was also licking the Bjorn like an envelope. These might be a little fuzzy, but I was trying to get action shots with my iphone. This may be a new nightly event.

Ro & Mo

On Sunday our friends Andrew and Tessa invited us for lunch and a baby play date. Their son Moses was born 11 days before Rosabelle. The babies were so funny and fascinated with each other. We had an awesome lunch and then took a long walk on the beach. It was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon, made even better by a Steelers victory!
