Holly and Jolly indeed

We had so much fun with Rosabelle this Christmas. She was so excited about the tree and Santa and all the Christmas goodies. Danny and I got ourselves some bikes for Christmas and we have been taking advantage of our new proximity to the beach. Rosabelle loves riding along and will shout "GO, GO, GO!" if you're not going fast enough. She loved all her presents, the big hits being the playhouse Santa brought, LuLu the cat (who is without a doubt our new favorite cat) and the rocking chair with her name on it (ROCK!).

Danny's favorite present was the 2XL, which was also his favorite present when his parents gave it to him back in 1981. I got very domestic this year and in addition to cooking up a storm I sewed some stockings for the 3 of us which actually turned out pretty cool.

It's amazing the difference in this little girl from last Christmas when she was still a roly poly baby. So basically, Christmas 09? Crushed it. Here's looking forward to 2010. Happy New Year Everybody!

Gace & Bubble

We had so much fun with Dori and Grace! Grace would call Rosabelle bubble and Ro couldn't quite get the R in Grace down. These two were the cutest friends, they would hold hands in the car and if they got in trouble for not sharing they would spend the next hour hugging. We were on cuteness overload for sure.

This little girl is starting to grow some hair which means two things, toddler mullet and pigtails!

Parade

Rosabelle loves to ride the pony at the Farmers Market. She thinks she
is in a parade just for her and she loves to wave to her adoring
public. Not to be all Toddlers & Tiaras, but this girl may have floats
in her future.

Happy 4th of July, everybody! We took Rosabelle to South Pasadena's annual Festival of Balloons parade and had a great time. South Pas is the cutest town, very small town USA with a California twist. Rosabelle loved watching all the kids and balloons and was mesmerized by the bagpipers. And as a bonus, here's a pic from Rosabelle's first 4th of July.
