We can overcome this map

Did you know Virginia is heading into the midterm elections with a congressional map that gives Republicans an advantage?

Here's why: Back in May, the Supreme Court of Virginia overturned Virginia's redistricting referendum, nullifying the election results — and the votes of more than 3,000,000 voters.

So Virginians are stuck with a map designed to help Republicans win.

But the good news? Last week, Virginia Democrats nominated three strong candidates: Tom Perriello, Shannon Taylor, and Elaine Luria.

And here's what matters: winning these three races puts us one step closer to taking back our power in Congress. And once we have our majorities back, we can block Trump's far-right judges, stop Republicans from rubber-stamping whatever he wants, and make Trump actually follow the law.

That’s why overcoming Republicans’ redistricting scheme matters. And it's why I’m asking you to split a contribution between our movement and Tim, Shannon, and Elaine’s campaigns.
