Who is asking for this?

There are plenty of real issues where we need our government to take action right now. Like preventing a massive global conflict. Or bringing down the cost of housing and groceries. Or fixing our health care system.

But instead of getting to work for the American people, Trump and his MAGA allies have been burning time and your tax dollars on this:

Spending $15M to paint the Lincoln Reflecting Pool electric-blue and $100M for a giant Arch named after Trump.
Putting Trump's own face on a $250 bill while families can barely afford groceries and gas.
Building a UFC fighting cage on the White House lawn as a birthday present for Trump.
Trying to slip $1 billion in taxpayer funds into a budget bill to renovate his own ballroom.
Engineering a sham settlement without Congressional oversight to create a $1.8 billion slush fund to compensate January 6th insurrectionists and spend however they like.
Making nearly 3,000 stock trades — roughly 60 a day — in the very companies his administration controls through policy. Essentially holding the stocks and pulling the levers that determine their value.

And all that on top of stripping health care from millions, starting unfounded wars, letting ICE detain children, and rigging district maps to lock themselves in power forever.

I’ve got four words for them: Not on my watch.

I’m fighting back against MAGA Republicans to put a stop to this unprecedented corruption, protect our basic freedoms, and put our government on the side of working people, not the rich and powerful.

And they are counting on you being too shocked and too exhausted to fight back. But we will prove them wrong. Every dollar we raise right now goes directly toward holding these people accountable for their corruption, making sure Democrats take back our majorities in November, and then righting the wrongs of this administration.

If it makes sense for you right now, can you chip in $100 or any amount before midnight tonight to power this movement, fight back against the GOP’s extremist agenda, and make our government work for working people?
