Donald Trump’s view of the First Amendment is that he gets to say whatever he wants, AND he gets to use the power of government to silence, extort, bankrupt, or even prosecute anyone who criticizes him.

Case and point: After Senator Jack Reed went on Fox News to tell the truth about Trump’s failed war in Iran, Trump took to Truth Social calling on Sen. Reed to be impeached.

Look, we need to hold Donald Trump — and every Republican in Congress who supported his war — accountable.

And we need leaders in office who are not afraid to speak truth to power — even if they’re intimidated into silence.
