Happy 4th of July, everybody! We took Rosabelle to South Pasadena's annual Festival of Balloons parade and had a great time. South Pas is the cutest town, very small town USA with a California twist. Rosabelle loved watching all the kids and balloons and was mesmerized by the bagpipers. And as a bonus, here's a pic from Rosabelle's first 4th of July.
