I'm going to make this very short.

Tonight is the final FEC fundraising deadline of our re-election campaign. It's one of our last chances to demonstrate the strength of our movement — to the crypto billionaires who want me out of office and are supporting my GOP opponent, to the MAGA Republicans who want to take back the Senate majority, and to the pundits and naysayers who say our plans are impossible.

The amount of grassroots contributions we raise before tonight's midnight deadline will send a powerful message about how much support we really have — and how many supporters like you are in this fight. Maryland and Texas

Danielle, you've been rightfully hearing a lot about swing states like Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Montana, and Wisconsin. Those are all critical Senate races that Democrats need to win in order to hold our Senate majority.

We've also got to pay attention to states like Texas and Maryland too.

A recent poll showed Rep. Colin Allred within the margin of error in his race to oust Ted Cruz from the Senate. If we win in Texas, we'll almost certainly win the Senate. And you know what that means for everything you care deeply about: putting people over billionaires, defending abortion rights, and confirming Supreme Court justices who will uphold your rights — not trample them.

In Maryland, Angela Alsobrooks is gaining momentum after CNN projected Maryland as one of the most likely Senate seats to flip red — and her opponent, Larry Hogan, has a personal super PAC that's flooded the state with $18 million in vicious attack ads.

These two races are also critical to defending the Democratic majority — as a bulwark against MAGA extremism and a force for advancing policies that put working people first.

Angela Alsobrooks is a lifelong public servant and prosecutor who broke barriers as the first Black woman to serve in multiple senior roles in Prince George's County.

Throughout her career, Angela has focused on supporting families, creating jobs, growing opportunities, investing in education, expanding access to health care, and supporting mental and addiction health treatment. Marylanders will be so fortunate to have her in the Senate.

In Texas, Rep. Colin Allred is poised to defeat Ted Cruz and the national MAGA supporters backing him — with enough support from all of us.

A fourth-generation Texan raised by a single mom, Colin earned a football scholarship and played 5 years in the NFL — after which he pursued his dream of becoming a civil rights lawyer. He worked for Wendy Davis, served in the Obama administration, and in 2018 defeated a 22-year Republican incumbent to win his seat in the U.S. House. Colin has spent his time in Congress working with both parties to deliver real solutions — lowering prescription drug prices, keeping jobs in Texas, establishing a new veterans medical center, and much more.

Elizabeth is up against a GOP opponent backed by crypto billionaires — they've already started to place six-figure ad buys that spread misinformation about Elizabeth to voters. They're using their deep pockets and big checks to try to influence this election and buy this Senate seat for their candidate of choice.

Here's the deal: They may have large sums of money, but what they don't have is you — grassroots supporters who have been by Elizabeth's side helping make big, structural change for families in Massachusetts and across the country.

And with your support, Elizabeth has been able to secure $20 billion for Massachusetts to build and repair roads, bridges, and transit. Paid for in part by her plan to tax the profits of billionaire corporations.

She's lowered the cost of critical drugs that millions of people rely on so that families aren't forced to choose between life-saving medication and their ability to pay for food, shelter, and everyday needs.
